Howdy,

I've left Michigan, and am on my way to Portland, OR. Currently, I'm sitting in my room at the Holiday Inn Express in Oacoma, SD. Tomorrow, will be getting up and heading for the Badlands. Then the Black Hills, Crazy Horse, and Devil's Tower.

Anyway, not much excitement to report on my trip, except a dream I had last night. I had brunch with a friend the other day, and she told me all about 2012 when the planets are supposed to be in alignment for the first time in the history of universe (?). I remember a little about that from a friend of mine from high school, but never really paid much attention. Anyway, I ended up dreaming that the Earth became engulfed in hot lava. Not much else to report. It was just happening, and I was sitting in space, watching it happen, and wondering if there was a shelter on Earth I could get into before it all happened.

It got me thinking a little though about what might happen, and then the light went off in my head. Of course, that paper I wrote in freshmen orientation when I was supposed to argue evolution vs creationism, and I argued against both, saying that universe is based on mathmematics... specificallly, infinity... and said the universe has always been here, and always will be here... regardless if we're here or not. Or maybe that's not quite right... Maybe now we're on the left side of zero, and when the planets align, zero hits, and everything flips over to the positve side... and starts over... maybe we're crossed into a parallel universe, or another dimension of space... or maybe time will actually just start going backwards. Hmm... a lot to think about and I need to iron out these theories.

Anyway, my power supply is packed who knows where, so I'm shutting down.
